My login is not working... why not?
If your membership has expired, you might need to make sure your access permissions are current. Contact us to check into it. Occasionally there is a cookie/browser issue, so closing out of your browser and clearing your history is a good thing to try first. You can reset your password via the My Account link at top right corner of the site, or contact us if that doesn't work, and we'll get you set up with a new one.
I signed up for a bonus program when I checked out, but I don't see under my Programs tab. Where is it?
Things usually work very smoothly from shopping cart to membership access, but very rarely, there can be service disruptions (or human error!) that can affect these integrated processes. If this has happened and you don't have the immediate access you thought you'd have, just let us know and we'll make it right.
I had access to a GC program a year or two ago that I don't see under my Programs tab. Can I still get access?
Yes! This is something we'll need to add for you manually, if it's not working when you log in. Just let us know and we'll be sure it gets added.
I'm having trouble joining a Zoom live meeting. What should I do?
If it's something related to your connection or the Zoom app or browser site, you may want to check with Zoom customer support, especially if it's right at meeting time when we likely won't be able to help you! Send us a support request and we can help you troubleshoot when it's not meeting time. For a meeting, try to get on a few minutes before it starts to be sure everything is working, but don't worry, even if you can't join live, everything will be recorded and posted after.
Do you keep my credit card information?
Ginger City does not handle your credit card information at all. We use a secure shopping cart provider, and they process payments in conjunction with Paypal. You can keep track of your payments via the My Account link, and it will take you to your payments history. You can also print invoices there if you need them.
When will you be adding monthly memberships? Inquiring minds want to know...
No plans at the moment for that. Our focus in on serving members who want it all, an integrated, curated site that you can dig into over time. Individual courses will be made available for limited a la carte access, but not every program, and the membership will offer considerable savings off of the rate of a la carte courses.
I signed up for a jumpstart or bonus coaching session with Ranya, how to do I set that up?
